The florist was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I asked for a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered and it was sent. I asked for a change of ribbon and it was done. This florist was recommended and I would recommend them as well.

FROM TEARS OF SADNESS WITH ANOTHER VENDOR TO TEARS OF JOY WITH ACACIA: Sadly, yesterday, I ordered from 1800flowers with my carefully saved money. I am retired. I do not know the Hesperia, CA florist that fulfilled that online order - but it was an aweful 1800flower experience. Their delivery driver sent a photo of wilted flowers, and a tiny sad looking arrangement in a vase that I had not ordered. You see, I had sent flowers to my daughter whom I am estranged from and who I just needed to know that her Mama was thinking of her and loving her to the stars and back! I cried and cried - those flowers did not resemble my heart. TODAY: SAVED BY ACACIA. Today, I called in desperation Acacia Country Florist in Hesperia. Jane held my hand throughout the phone call. I told her I wanted something with roses and hydrangeas, but christmasy - You see, the roses and hydrangeas are special to me as they represent the English Gardens I have tended for years and in which my daughters enjoyed. Jane, took the photos I emailed her and made a very special arrangement and found someone to deliver right away! It was joyful! I am old fashioned. Flowers matter! Needed flowers last minute for a funeral in Hesparia. I even gave Acacia the wrong time and contacted them 15 minutes before the start of program and they really came through for me. Beautiful arrangement just as pictured with the stand and card attached! Highly recommend!
